Even with large icons I can not see my jpegs

I opened up your program, gave permission, it loaded everything, I changed the view setting to large icons and I am not seeing my pictures. I have hundreds of jpegs that are numbered so I need to be able to see them without having to open up a third party program or I might as well work in google drive.
